Plastic Potting Rose - Fine Spray
The Plastic Round Rose is a brass-faced rose for outdoor watering cans fitted with a No.3 Plastic ferrule. The brass face provides the outlet geometry and is corrosion resistant in wet conditions. The plastic body supports the structure and keeps overall weight lighter when fitted.
The round face produces a more focused spray pattern than an oval rose. At the same spray weight, the round face has fewer holes than an oval, concentrating water into a smaller area. The rose can be fitted face up or face down; on a round rose the change in spray direction and coverage is slight and subtle.
Spray weight governs the size and character of the droplets the rose produces. Lighter sprays are gentler and slower to deliver; heavier sprays deliver water more quickly with more force.
Four spray weights are available in round: Extra Fine Spray, Fine Spray, Coarse Spray, and Extra Coarse Spray. Extra Coarse Spray is available in round face shape only.
The brass face may develop patina over time – a surface change that does not affect function. Attaches via a taper interference fit to the No.3 Plastic ferrule. Compatible with the Cradley Cascader, Selly Soak, and Sutton Splash.
