The Warley Fall HDG is a long-reach outdoor metal watering can, galvanised after assembly. Where standard galvanised steel is coated before manufacture, HDG cans are immersed in molten zinc once fully built – coating every surface, seam, and joint with a thicker protective layer.

Every HDG can comes out of the zinc bath looking slightly different – variations in brightness, pattern, and texture are part of the process, not a defect. The unpainted zinc surface develops grey tones over time as it oxidises; this is the coating doing its job. Areas that are handled most will gradually soften in appearance – a natural surface change that does not affect performance. Gardeners who need a consistent, predictable finish should choose the painted variant.

The long-reach spout places the outlet well ahead of the body – you can water deeper into beds and borders without leaning in. The can stays closer to you while the water reaches further ahead. The curved back handle allows your grip to move naturally as the can empties. A hand on the cross stay steadies the rotation and keeps the outlet aimed where you want it.
